We were so impressed with efficient service that would like to stay here on the next trip. The room was not only brand-new, but large too, and had a hair dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a dining area.

The rooms here are well-maintained and quite spacious, featuring comfy queen beds and some rooms offer a lovely view. 🌅 The food served is pretty good too. The location is just amazing, only 3 km away from the beach.

I recently had the chance to experience a wonderful retreat in one of Malaysia's beautiful islands. The resort I stayed at was tucked away in a serene location, surrounded by lush greenery and crystal clear waters. The room I stayed in was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The friendly staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast spread offered a variety of delicious options to satisfy my taste buds. I particularly enjoyed the stunning view of the beach, which was perfect for unwinding and soaking up the sun. this resort was a perfect getaway for relaxation and rejuvenation.

One downside of my stay at the resort was the limited options for activities within the premises.

The complex is great!! (even more beautiful than at the pictures). The beach, the snorkeling, the jungletrack, the breakfast, it all is great!

The only problem here is the noise from neighbouring rooms! That can be bad and disturbing the peace! We had very noisy neighbours, but luckily we could get an other room.

Very expensive food in hotel restorants.

We recently stayed at a resort on Tioman Island and had a great experience. The resort, although a bit dated, was well maintained and had good facilities for families with small children. The service staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The highlight for us was the pool, which had a small slide that our 5-year-old son loved. While he played, we were able to relax and enjoy drinks and food from the pool bar, which served delicious pizza at a reasonable price. We also had a fantastic snorkeling experience, with our son joining for free and the boatman going above and beyond to entertain him. we highly recommend this resort.

excellent beach location

overpriced for quality. inside restaurants uninspiring and expensive for malaysia. much better checking the ones just out of the gate!

The recently refurbished hotel is set in a well-kept area close to Tioman airport, a sandy beach, coral island, and marine park. The staff was genuinely helpful, and the location was peaceful and ideal.- The hotel is a maximum 10-minute walk to the lake.- The food offered was local, and the bar was great.

We had an incredible stay at a hidden tropical island retreat. The beach was empty and the food was amazing with new dishes every day. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. highly recommended!

1. Chinese restaurant poor. 2. room and bathroom are ok and clean but definitely not 4 stars. 3. swimming pool closes already 7pm and must hand in towels. 4. snorkeling site is a little shallow. 5. milky water while diving. we heard best season is march-april actually.

The rooms are fantastic and well-equipped here with attached bathroom with shower.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, right along the seafront with a few small windows only on the beach. The view was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The service here is top-notch, with room service available 24 hours a day. I was able to relax and enjoy my stay without worrying about anything. The hotel also offers bicycle hire and a variety of shops and commercial services, which made it convenient for me to explore and shop around. The room amenities were fantastic, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were generally kind and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent Thai and Chinese restaurant. Staff were very friendly. Snorkeling still fantastic and BT Resort is a good starting point.

Restaurant stuff were really nice the cuisine is the indian/thai restaurant is refined and delicious. Worth trying.

Cleaning in the room: I didn't like seeing that toilets were cleaned with towels ( and wasn't sure whether they were new towels or towels taken from the floor - our used ones-) One day they forgot to change the bed ( and stains were clear for me to know it wasn't changed. Then I called and they came to change it) We also had too many ants in the WC, but we called them, and they came and took care of the problem. But I m very picky at cleaning. in general the room was OK and didn't see anything shocking.
